Download is at the top right of the screen.

Install instructions also come with the .zip

It's as easy as just copying a folder to the steam skins and then just selecting the skin in steam.

I thought it did too, but still a great skin.

You might be able to find a metro skin if you looked.

I think I'll leave skins and shit to other people, since I've noticed that Steam resets everything when it updates itself.
...which happens at least once a day.
