You can add the servers to your steam favourites by their steam query ports. The addresses are:

If you can't find them in your server browser, open up your console (hit ~ by default) and use the command:

i've tried to add server graph's but somehow they are not reflecting the correct player numbers.

Looks like the current monitor is improving through. Maybe the busier it is, the more it gets queried.

Updated the graphs with our own graphs from our monitoring service.
