I was thinking about our markets today, and there seems to be a problem. There isn't all the items in the vanilla minecraft game. So what I was thinking is that we should have it in the chat. Think about it, they could put in the item number (to see the item number, you can simply do F3+B at the same time), then put in how much they want to have. The command would look like this /marketbuy [item number] [quantity of item]. And it could still charge them money. Also, when they go to the market they can be stuck forever because of cooldown, but this way the player doesn't have to leave his or her location.

Well thats a great idea, but is there an actual plugin for that? If there is can you put the link down for us. If there isn't I think it would be hard to make. But I like that idea.

Hey aeon. Thanks for the suggestion.

However having that feature is pretty much item spawning on demand. Markets should need some travel to get to them both for server aesthetics and game balancing. Although getting to the market at the moment is pretty easy.

In the next few weeks I hope to be launching a new spawn and market system. Markets will still only be a warp away, however you must venture there once (fast travel). There will also be special markets such as; Spawn that buys and sells basic gear and a mining town that buys and sells better mining gear, ores and ingots (also at a better rate than spawn would).

Also while this topic is active. I'm a little confused how to locate the markets. I know you can warp to them but when I got there all I saw was a modified version of the old spawn. Nothing markety about the area and no sign of how to get back.

The markets are down below where you spawn when you warp there. To get back, since it is another world, you need to go to spawn, then go back home since spawn works anywhere.

Heres my suggeston. Why don't we make all the markets like mining village. We would have a town for things like food and gardening and a town for tools and weapons. It would give a sence of adventure to the world and and make the markets better I would think.
