Im owning noobs so hard with the new demo set.
Yeah, i thought the set would be fairly useless with the grenade launcher, but it seems to be the most powerful loadout for demo i've used yet. And the tomislav is so overpowered, dunno how that one got through testing

Don't know if i'll be using the new flare gun or not, I love my critting flaregun too much, where as this only mini crits, plus the self damage plus fall damage is really high compaired to other jumps :? I do love how the soldier got things the pyro community have been asking for for quite a while n...

The comunity seems to have chosen a name for this new monstrosity, demorabian. So now we got; Demoknight (targe + Eyelander) Demobeserker (targe + Skullcutter) Demorai (targe + Samurai sword) Demorist (targe + caber) Demorabian (screen + boots + persuader) although i can easily see the screen replac...

Wow, these are shaping up to be some of the most powerful unlocks valve's ever released, and i seriously can't wait to get my hands on that demo pack, demoknights which recharge the shield twice as fast, deal the impact damage at any range and have a good health advantage since they can use fallen w...

Well cause of death is often running into heavys around corners, but you can run away during or upon hearing their spin up, but erm not sure how I'll fair against the silent and speedy Tomislav. The default spy pistol can kill Gasjockeys in 3 shots since the recent buff (I like the buff though, you...

God, why does every spy unlock only seem to make the Dead Ringer more powerful, would be nice to see some love for my beloved Cloak and Dagger  Oh well, at least it gives me another reason to slaughter every dead ringer i see  New Heavy mini gun seems a little overpowered, if a Tomisl...

I used to for a while, the speed bonus from the set was pretty sweet, and with the extra damage, could still consistantly kill people in 1 or 2 hits, which made it a fairly decent side grade for the axtingusher, which is pretty good since thats supposed to be the benchmark for a pyro weapon, now its...

Voting can seem to extend the current map at least, was almost faced with the horror of an hour long Badwater Basin, but thankfully TF2 crashed and saved me from the torture  New backburners not bad, it at least has the utility that it desperately needed, but its still no real contest to the d...

As you are the one to ask, what weapons do you recommend to use/avoid as Pyro these days? I've not played him in ages but I'm trying to pick up my neglected classes. Right now the Degreaser and axtingisher are pretty much the standard pyro loadout and for good reason. As the degreaser only affects ...

The Axe is for Medievil mode for the most part, since the pyro can't use any of his other weapons to set people on fire there. The scouts just seems a little useless since if you want a scout and pyro to work together the candy cane for scout and backscratcher for pyro is probably the better option.

Odd, looks like the publisher made some kind of restriction on the game in the UK, making it retail exclusive for a while, considering the fact that this is a Steamworks game, that just seems fucking pointless. And very annoying too since no game shop here in liverpool sells PC games, so off to amaz...

I wouldn't particularly recommend pyro for a beginner at the minute, hes very dependant on his unlocks, especially the degreaser and axtinguisher. I've got a spare axtinguisher if you are interested in pyro. Heavy is a pretty good class out the box, though he can be a little frustrating on some of t...

I hope you realize that infinite afterburn that can't be put out either is pretty retarded, right? ;-) of course, it was obviously a bug and needed to be fixed, but now without it the axe is just a fairly uninspireing weapon that can't even come close to competeing with the axtinguisher/homewrecker...

not yet, but the infinite afterburn was the only decent thing about the volcano shard which at least gave it some novelty value, especially since medics and medkits couldn't put it out either, and the sun on a stick used to do around 47 damage to burning players and 27 damage to non burning players,...

- Updated the burn effect from the Pyro's Sharpened Volcano Fragment to only last for a limited time on enemies. Well, thats pretty much made the item useless then, though at least it might still be useful in Medievil/Melee Sudden Death so its not quite Dakolas Bar useless yet. The Sun on a Stick s...
