At first I thought these rules were okay, but it seems that now these rules have been set regular players do nothing but try to abuse them. If someone ressed their build they dig under locked doors and walls to gain access to the things inside. I'm really not digging how people are abusing this and...

Your best bet would be the flow flag as far as I know, because it stops the physics from applying.

Downloaded and tried it works great thanks for sharing! you can type ~stop in the chat window to stop all chat from reaching it, and ~start to start it again.
