I agree with the "we'll see when we get there" approach. If people want a fresh start they can always put all their stuff in a chest and go wandering out into the woods alone

Noticed that we don't get as much traffic on here like we first did when the server first launched this map. Spoke to CoD and he said he saw a good amount of people on saturday, but I feel like a lot of people are getting bored of this map. So would it be possible to set up a 1.8 snapshot temp map? We wouldn't have to take down our current map, just use the cmp server's ip to use the temp and it could be completely vanilla, no plugins except necessary admin ones. Just bringing this up because I'm sure a lot of people are burned out from the current map, and want to play 1.8 with people on here. Is the is Possible?? |

I don't think a temp map is a good idea. It will just spread out the currently small player base even more. What I suggest we do is make everything harder in 1.8. It's still a bit early to be talking about that since there still isn't a set release date as far as I know. |

Once we get 1.8 I assume we will need to setup a temp map for it. As there will be lots of changes within mojang that will stop the older versions from working ever again. Till that time, people can setup an older version of MC to play on our server. If people are getting bored with the current map then perhaps we need to work something else out |

Well seems I can never have anything nice. Due to every time I build Aqua City the map turns into a temp map. |
