They JUST sent out an email saying it was going to be November 18th, 2014 for the consoles with the PC version following on January 27th, 2015.

Edit: How did I read that wrong? Oops. Carry on!

I waited for about 8 months to get this game on the xbox 360, as I had a reserved copy from walmart since my birthday in February. I know the pain of having to look at something knowing you just can't have it yet, and this game is why. Hang in there, it will come eventually.

Aww, I was really looking forward to it :(

I was kinda expecting it but it sucks that I upgraded my hardware about 6 months ago and I still don't completely meet the recommended specs. Although the game is so beautiful that I'm sure you could turn down the graphics a bit and it would still be amazing.

At least we get heists :D I agree, it sucks to have to keep waiting for the game to even be released on PC. It'll be fine if it has a bug or two, as long as it looks pretty and doesn't have a ton of issues. Major bug testing going on I presume, and probably testing networking stuff to see what they need to do with GTA online to make it work.

Must be stuff like that yeah. I read that the last delay was just so they could launch the game at the start of their new financial year and make it look like they were keeping up profits - adding another 2 weeks onto that doesn't make sense though, so I'd guess bugs/online stuff is the culprit.

£40 is steep, especially if the online doesn't work properly yet. I'll definitely pick this up at some point though :-11

I've seen a few streams of people online, but it was slow and connection issues were happening more often than not. At least this isn't as bad as the launch on Xbox 360... :ugly:

"...and they've put the retail price up to £53.17 so they could take 25% and sell it at £40 anyway"
