I know it's pretty harmless and you DO get more of *something* in the end but I'm still annoyed by the fact that people working in marketing departments imagine everyone being an idiot. Either that or the fact that thousands of customers won't even notice that they are being scammed. :-\

I'm sure everybody encountered stuff like this but feel free to write about your experiences in particular if they stand out. =)
