This is just amazing , something so little and abstract can change something big . Really a nice video , a project that hopefully will make his way up , to success !
Thanks for showing this SaintK , never really witnessed this kind of perspective, like this man has . Truly a great video. Cheers ;)

Through the wormhole season 2 is up on here; http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/through-the-wormhole/
Quote:
All episodes from Through the Wormhole series gathered in one place. Hosted by Morgan Freeman, Through the Wormhole will explore the deepest mysteries of existence – the questions that have puzzled mankind for eternity. What are we made of? What was there before the beginning? Are we really alone? Is there a creator? These questions have been pondered by the most exquisite minds of the human race.

Now, science has evolved to the point where hard facts and evidence may be able to provide us with answers instead of philosophical theories. Through the Wormhole will bring together the brightest minds and best ideas from the very edges of science – Astrophysics, Astrobiology, Quantum Mechanics, String Theory, and more – to reveal the extraordinary truth of our Universe.

Then you start to realize that there are a whole other half a dozen of planets that can be explored and the amount of vast information they carry too. That is the pure beauty of science.

Quote:
“Desertification is a fancy word for land that is turning to desert,” begins Allan Savory in this quietly powerful talk. And it's happening to about two-thirds of the world’s grasslands, accelerating climate change and causing traditional grazing societies to descend into social chaos. Savory has devoted his life to stopping it. He now believes -- and his work so far shows -- that a surprising factor can protect grasslands and even reclaim degraded land that was once desert.

Allan Savory works to promote holistic management in the grasslands of the world.
