We're working on setting up a TF2 fun server which will switch at given times between several TF2 fun modes.
The how and when on switching between modes is something we'll work out after we've tested all of the modes we can find which would look like being fun.

Bomb Fortress
Description
In Bomb Fortress Blue have to plant the bomb on a control point and defend it and Red must prevent the bomb from being planted and defuse it if it's planted.
If the bomb successfully detonates Blue wins, however, if the time runs out or red defuses, red wins.
If Blue accidentally drops the bomb into a pit/somewhere they cant reach it the bomb will be retrieved after 90 seconds (default).
There's currently 2 class features because they make sense, Demomen will plant the bomb twice as fast as other classes while Engineers defuses twice as fast as other classes, so red, protect your engineer!
Known issues
Double bomb (should be fixed, if not let me know)
Occasional normal round (should be fixed, if not let me know)
Multistage maps, open spawn in second round+, no teamswitch (tested in dustbowl, after 3rd round the teams switched {repeat})

Capturing the control point instead of winning (Having problems with this, don't expect it soon if not ever)
