I like that they fixed the clipping on the beak and made it paintable, but would it have killed them to do the same to the party phantom? :(

yeah that is weird, perhaps its up to the content creator to fix the positioning, which seems weird because surely it's a simple fix for a valve artist to do. Though i doubt they could fix the fex/mask issue.
