I agree with speedfan, it ain't good.
Coretemp for cpu temps is what I'd use and fan control you can do in your bios.
Everest ultimate for every other temp and voltages.
If you wanna do it correct, get something to read temps off your hardware itself You can also check your temps in your bios, although it ain't stressed when your in your bios.
To stress you can use prime95.
