Has the IRC been fixed?

I heard something was wrong with it, like a bot or something got kicked from it or something which meant messages couldn't be sent or something?

Anyway, I went on a few days ago and nobody was responding to what I was saying so that's why I'm asking.

Well, we need FBB1_ and FBB3_ then... you know, so all messages are stored on IRC and IRC people can actually send messages to the server... just saying...
