I'm a twenty-something someone with a wife and 2 kiddies (Piper and William). I run my own business (PC sales) and am an armchair politician.

I have been playing games since the days of MSX and Atari 2600 consoles, never owned a Game Boy, *hate* Pokémon with a passion, and have been involved in a semi-pro capacity in the past. By that I mean I was at the ESWC twice (04/05) competing in Warcraft 3, and also played Counter-Strike 1.6 competing (badly) in the "UK Terrorist" league in 2004.

I am an achievementwhore, and have OCD-like tendencies with them (And now also weapon sets on TF2). Spend a LOT of time playing RTS, TBS and grand-strategy games, as well as RPG. Former fan of pen-and-paper RPG games (Palladium), Blood Bowl (team's on eBay finally).

A long time ago I ran a gaming community myself (The Mad Gamer) and assisted with it's sister-site (Monkehs) - including gaming servers, radio streaming, competitions, etc etc etc........

I like many music genres (Not trance, no matter how many times I big-fish/little-fish to it), but stray normally towards either punk, metal or grunge. Favourite film ever is Full Metal Jacket (Used it as a training video on more than one occasion!) and finally I like in the arse-end of the UK: Hull.

Yeah, BOFH stands for "Bastard Operator From Hell" - I change it to a zero and Hell to Hull mind you (Can;t tell the difference in reality!).
