i have created a video showing all steam users how to downgrade your gta for samp and how to set up samp (btw sorry for what seems to be frame rate drop but thats just the software i use i can remake the video if anyone really wants to but in the description i have wrote a short little overview of what you have to do) :)

Thats why i said (for steam users) ,all people who have bought it off steam have v 3.0 but you need v1.0 to play samp so thats why i made a video, plus there isnt a lot of help out there.
