Only to way to persuade Howard into doing something is to keep asking no matter what he says, he really admires persistance and will soon take you under his wing and practically do it for you

Also he only reads stuff written in all caps because it's a real subtle way to grab someone's antention. If it's all in lower case and well punctuated it's just waste of time to read.
