Maybe I was too harsh on the game at the time, but I honestly thought it was too similar to the Settlers series.... Still its cheap enough to buy and give it a second shot right?

Well, given that the creators of the game had previously worked on Die Siedler II (and later returned to work on some of the sequels)...
Brings back memories, maybe I should get my hands on Die Siedler III and IV again

IMO they're the best articles of the franchise.

And maybe I'll give KaM a try as well.
