it's valve.. where they live it's 11am right about now.. so anywhere in the next 8 hours? xD

edit: 7pm (in 5 minutes) is only a guess.. it hasn't been confirmed

It isn't released yet... dunno when today Valve's gonna release it, but you should remind that they are sitting in the USA.

11:00 pm what time? its 8pm CEST and I think you are in CEST+1 so only 9pm your time

I had a look at the update page right now, and one achievment that caught my eye was this one:

"Got A Light?: Ignite an enemy Spy while he's flicking a cigarette."
I have not yet seen any spy taunt which does this, nor have I noticed any 'movement' which suggests this...

Haha! I got OMGWTFBBQ.

And to the guy above me, there is a Spy taunt like that. I've seen it. It's a one in a million shot you'd actually torch him while he was flicking the cigarette though...

Taunt while holding the disguise kit/cigarette packet. The spy takes the cigarette from his mouth, flicks it away with thumb and forefinger, and replaces it with one from the packet.

i'm not entirely sure, but I believe the spy might also swap cig when changing disguise
