I would have to say that the enviroment plays a big deal, if I'm going to game somewhere, then there has to be a "gaming feeling" to the place, which means.... no old people, no 12year old kids who screams into a mic which isn't even turned on, but they're just too stupid to figure this out
but rather some gaming posters, maybe a couple of "snake" figures in the corner, some neonlights here and there (darkness is very important for us gamers, as we're a distant cousin of the vampires)
even Link or some funny Final fantasy figures would do the deal.
these are just my feelings about the subject.. but seeing how I actually own an computer at home, I got no business at a Internet Cafe/Gaming centre really
