Im starting a job this week at a Internet Cafe/Gaming centre and I was told in my interview that because its an independent Gaming centre that any ideas staff come up with can be given time and funding to see if it works.
I wanna be a proper suck up and get some ideas. Unfortunately I have none so I turn to you all

What would you like to see/have at your local gaming/internet centre?
What would you pay for extra if it was available?
What would make you come back week in and week out?

Any ideas are welcomed here as I would love to start off my job with some kind of idea and therefore have brownie points and not get fired after my first cock up

I would have to say that the enviroment plays a big deal, if I'm going to game somewhere, then there has to be a "gaming feeling" to the place, which means.... no old people, no 12year old kids who screams into a mic which isn't even turned on, but they're just too stupid to figure this out

but rather some gaming posters, maybe a couple of "snake" figures in the corner, some neonlights here and there (darkness is very important for us gamers, as we're a distant cousin of the vampires)
even Link or some funny Final fantasy figures would do the deal.

these are just my feelings about the subject.. but seeing how I actually own an computer at home, I got no business at a Internet Cafe/Gaming centre really
