What's new:

Creatures
Spidermine
Chimera tank

Armor
Generals outfit (Looks pretty much like that Enclave generals outfit but with extras.)
Chinese Stealth Armor (That black suit seen in one screen.)
Army jumpsuit (Kinda like the other jumpsuits but a green army color.)
Chinese general hat and snow helmets (Work with the existing chinese outfit.)
Snow combat armor
Clean power armor

Weapons
Energy sword (Similar to the officer sword and probably the same item but non-broken)
Trench knife (Combat knife with knuckle guard and spikes)
Clean shiny 10mm and chinese pistols
Clean shiny assault and chinese rifles
Gauss Rifle with it's own particle effect/bullet and special scope
(But there's only one so you'll have problems repairing it from what I've read.)

Next DLC "The Pitt" will be released in late February.
