About that STALKER dude, it doesn't matter if he's trolling for fun or is a genuine idiot. What matters is that he's being a dick on our servers and probably giving some new players a bad impression about server and community management. Say someone's joining SpA servers for the first time and he gets conversations like that in his face, where an arse is threatening to call his good ol' buddy ol' pal saintk to kick people because he feels like it.
Just ban him for good and let him take his fun somewhere else.

Don't know about the ban though, I would warn him and if he continues, then ban him.
