So I was trying out m0re's settings but they were way too extreme for my system so now I want to revert back. Unfortunately I only backed-up the autoexec, forgetting about the config.cfg
So now everything looks like this:

Can anyone please upload somewhere a clean config? (one to which the only modifications made are from the in-game options menu)

I usually delete all the files in cfg folder , of course , after backup what I want to keep in separate place.. and should start start whit default settings...
(don't forget about shortcut "addons" if there are any)

You can just delete config.cfg and autoexec.cfg and it will revert it back to default and generate a new config.cfg.

If your having fps problems then I can give you my autoexec to try out.

Neah, I wasn't having big fps problems, I just wanted them over 100 at all times and since m0re's seemed to have a lot of neat stuff I wanted to play around with it. (+it promised to solve the alt+tab issue)

So, everything works fine EXCEPT:
3 video settings aren't saved when I exit the game: resolution, AA and filtering. Any ideea why?

On the bright side..I can see sprays again. Wohoo! Have missed those for a couple of months now.

You deleted config.cfg? and let the game regenerate a new one? Also you have deleted autoconfig.cfg?

If you wrote -autoconfig in your launch settings remove it (making sure you deleted the autoexec), if this doesn't work...

Type this in launch options
Code:
-w "res" -h "res"
So for 1440x900
Code:
-w 1440 -h 900
Then create another autoexec (why you need to remove -autoconfig) and put this in it:
Code:
mat_antialias # (# = 2, 4, 8, 16)
mat_forceaniso # (# = 2, 4, 8, 16)
