Oh btw, the ambassador could possibly be quite a cool weapon - if it wasnt still bugged^^
I just did a little testing on my own (special thanks to bot01 for his help) and came to the to the conclusion that a headshot with the ambassador doesnt deal any additional damage at all - bot01 who was a medic always died after 4 shots, no matter if it were 4 bodyshots or 4 headshots.

Basically at long-close range and close-middle range it makes no difference if you hit with a headshot or not. At long range it does but seriously - 3 headshots to kill even a Sniper if you're lucky (considering the bullet traveling speed, the fact that the Sniper would notice and the long pause between shots you need to take). The Spy shouldn't turn into a Sniper alternative but I think the way the Ambassador works needs a complete overhaul. Perhaps do without all the accuracy bullshit and simply make this into a Revolver that mini-crits from behind but does less damage up-front?
Whilst you might not get acheievements any faster on "achievement idle" It a good map to have running when you've got work or whatever
Yeah - the map has been designed so that it uses few resources and to identify idling servers - nothing more. However, I'm still annoyed by people who were joining teams on these servers since they, in turn, increased the TF2 memory usage... Seriously - joining a team or using scripts for automatic shooting/running around does NOTHING. You can just sit in spectator mode and even have TF2 minimized. I'm the living proof of that since I got the C&D, Jarate and Razorback precisely in this manner.
Luckily it's over for me now. ^^
