Some AWESOME game mode ideas - I love the one bullet mode, it will have a lot more variations than I expected, lets hope they wont fuck up hardcore game modes.

yeah probably, but its essentially just a predator missile but repackaged in a way that activision can sell micro RC cars with the prestige edition etc... the WHORES!!! they need all the money they can get ^^

I hope you will be able to destroy that RC car - in that case it would be much better replacement for the predator, which was annoying to say the least.

after a few months of only playing team tactical (4vs4, people usually have a clue, even if everyone is using completely lame weapons/tactics and are all morons), i had a try of ground war (10vs10 or something silly like that) and found it to be the breeding ground for the least intelligent people to ever have walked the earth. thus, this afternoon, three amazing things happened.

1) after much ridiculous back and forth arguing that would've earned most of those present a permaban if they were on a SpA server, i told the server at large that the internet had made them stupid. the reply i got was 'ficl yuo'
2) in a later game, i told another deserving chap that the internet had made him stupid. his reply; 'your mum made you stupid'
3) i got 24 kills on afghan... with the nuke equipped. but i don't care as we were just about to lose anyway, and i got enough of a rush from the harrier strike bombs killing like 6 people + playing as chopper gunner (which is stupendously fun) to keep me well happy

so, if you're feeling down, come along to ground war on mw2. the peanut gallery is quite probably the most entertaining thing on earth.

if you arent gonna play it, why would it matter if you got banned?

Ground war is unplayable, mostly because most maps ( apart from derail and maybe that shit sniper map in chernobyl ) arent designed for 18 players ( groundwar is 9vs9 ) and because it was only available in softcore ( dunno now, havent played in months ). And softcore = everybody using stopping power, not cold blooded, so as you said scatter - every single harrier or pave low generates enough kills for a nuke. Thats why hardcore was a lot more fun, cause people could experiment with perks and weapon attachments, so having a nuke wasnt that easy. Mainly cause a lot of players used cold blooded, and cause people actually used brains and were able to shoot down helis and planes. When we were playing with out magical shit clan 6 almost nothing would ever fly above our heads - cold blooded + 2 stingers = chopper gunner down in 5 seconds. That plus our awesome skills made everyone think we were hackers and led to some interesting chat conversations And I miss Javelin challenges, dont you Spikespiegel ?
Back a bit to Black Ops - dedicated server files wont be available for everyone, you will only be able to buy server from certified hostings :/ Fucking greedy activision a$$holes. But gameplay wise I think it can easily beat MW2, ok some weapons are really stupid, but killstreak kills wont count towards next killstreak, so camping till you get a harrier and then hide in the corner wont work this time. Plus maps will be a lot bigger.

meh, i like stopping power - but then i mostly have silencers on (don't think it affects killstreaks though, pretty sure that that's danger close). and on hardcore, i found that people use the same weapon combos just as much :/ idk, i just never liked hardcore. but yeah, it's either me/slayer/whoever else from spam that ends up shooting down harriers; it gets annoying after a bit. but only when i'm not playing for the lolz, like on groundwar

On hardcore stopping power is irrelevant, in fact most perks are irrelevant, and thats the brilliance of this mode - its just you, your gun and enemy, one with better aim/reflexes wins.
