for around 40 euros more you have a gts with 640 MB of mem instead of the 512, why wouldn't you go for that?
I assume you wouldn't go for the GTX or Ultra cuz of the costs?
The GTS would be the best choice after that I'd say. But maybe you have other criteria?
Maybe only a small screen for example and not looking for a monitor upgrade b4 you'd wanna buy another video card?

Aight got a new card now, but its the 8600 GTS

Im still happy bout this because the shop owner said that the 8800 GT r totally sold until like january and i dont wanted to wait until that.

Already tested it. :D Finally i can play css on high solutions and no more smoke laggs. :D

I dont think so, maybe it does suck on better games (UT3 nd stuff) but for MY games which I Play it runs fine!

You'll all be happy with them, apart from if you either get big fucker monitors, or start playing DX10 style or next gen stuff (UT3 engine, Crysis etc.). Even then, the UT3 engine is pretty scaleable and I'm sure you can get pretty sweet, if not maxxed out, graphics on most games that use it.

They DO perform pretty nicely in SLi mode aswell, so if you guys have, or get, SLi mobo's - then you got a cheap way to almost double your FPS in a lot of games :)
