My biggest gripe with the game is the auto-save

IT DOES NOT SAVE OFTEN ENOUGH!

I expect games these day to SAVE THE FFING GAME when I'm going to have a boss battle, instead of throwing me 20-40 minutes back in time because I was careless enough to get killed. And didn't realize that there would be a fucking boss.

Also the amount of times I have gotten stuck in scenery because some fucking asari biotic had to use throw/lift god knows whatever on me, are not countable on two hands.

Just now I got wtf pwnd by some rocket assualt drones who managed to sneak up on me from outside my vision, while a horde of assault drones came from the front. Needless to say I died and had to go destroy VI cores all over again in ALL 3 BASES. WHY DOES IT NOT AUTOSAVE AFTER I COMPLETE AN OBJECTIVE! GOD!

Like I said in mumble, if you hadn't muted me. There is no quicksave on the 360.

And don't start talking about hwo I should have gotten pc version. I haven't because I got the game months before you did. Never had time to play it though :4

Also, it's a damn nice game to play on a console because the pace is way way slower than on a normal fps. so you can just lean back in the couch and relax while playing a game with a great story.

WoW the exact same thing happened to me - exactly this point. That was about 4 weeks ago and I can't be arsed to go back and play it for another 40 minutes simply replay that part.

The "fantastic" save feature means I start from being dropped off on the moon.

I loved Mass Effect, my favourite part was probably the ending. It's a trilogy but the ending ends, but it's still open. It was powerful story telling too :)
I like how there is no real "good" or "evil" only shades of gray :D

I think i just quoted them.

you sure? I mean its a pretty big impact choice you make, council lives or dies... They can't just let the council magically disappear in the next game, nor keep it in... So i'm not sure if there will be another two..

A friend of mine was moaning about the same issue, we're hoping they do a story arc that goes by your old save, that really would be incredible.

But we doubt it.

I was thinking that too 8) . But it's more likely they will just add more questions to the character creation screen, eg. "Hero that saved council..."/"Sole survivor that let them all die..." - that would work.

Yo, Mass Effect 2 will let you use your Mass Effect 1 character. I love BioWare.

Let's celebrate by listening to:

The best song, ever.

360 controls are very simple and the graphics are pretty good too.

So, I installed the game.. And yes, it ROCKS!
That game is pure awesomeness. Addicting as hell too. "Just this one objective before bed" comes very popular :D
It's like KoTOR with upgraded graphics and better user interface but without lightsabers unfortunately. At least so far..

Sorry, idiot. I assumed that when you mentioned 'some controller' you meant the 360 controller.
