Seems a little expensive tbh at 44.99.

My bank actually charges me now to 1.50 to buy anything in dollars, currency conversion, so it almost negates and bonus of buying in dollars. ffs.

I'm really not sure, for me it's kinda been a golden age of games recently lol

CSS
TF2
COD4
plus mods like insurgency, Zombie Panic

I have been looking forward to Left 4 dead for quite sometime, used to hammer Zombie Survival on GMOD 10 which was great but obviously quite buggy with it been a GMOD thing.
Then Zombie Panic Came out, I wasn't to impressed with it, was a little to slow in places.
Then reading reviews that when you complete the single player of COD5 you will get a 8V8 nazi zombie mode.

I guess due to how disapointed i am with the on-line multi-player in the cod5 beta i will put my faith in valve to give us something awesome again.

A friend of mine will be spoiling me with a L4D demo key so I'll be sure to give it a try. If I like it I'll buy it, even if the price is about as high as a roll of french cheese dipped in caviar with cocaine sprinkled on top.

its such an awesome game.. the fact that i can shoot fuutfuut in the head with a shotgun is enough to buy this freakin' game.

but seriously.. i've played the demo now for about 15 times already and it's fucking great.. i can't wait for the fucking whole game.. i'll spend my days playing this game non stop.. i'll call in sick for work because it's so fucking great...
buy it ppl.. you wont be disappointed... <3

wont recommend far cry 2 except if u like a lot of driving at non epic speed.

My wallet is weeping money lately from all the games that I buy. Most recently L4D of course, and I'm REALLY looking forward to NS2 (I'm dissapointed McBiff won't be playing it).

Anyways - the main reason to buy a CE is still whether you like a certain game or not. Some CEs might be better than others but all the extras in the world won't make the game itself better.

Also, I don't think you quite got the irony of my last post - I know what you meant, but you could be understood in a different way and I abused that. ^^

About the rest of you post, i think you misunderstood me, but nevermind ;).

What's about the topic, i recalled that i havent bought a single game for some longer time, so i made a list, what i am to buy. Far Cry 2, Dead Space, San Andreas, Suffering pack, Max Payne anthology, Settlers 1-4, Silent Hill 4, STALKER, Republic Commando and Unreal Anthology. I presume next buy will be FC2, San Andreas and STALKER.
