Dundee is the worst bit it gets slightly better from then on up cause you never meet anyone and we have a huge amount of mountains followed by fields and then there are only 2 cities from then on which have nothing in them D: so Yeah I can see why you dont venture up here its like me only going to Glasgow for a plane or to hampden caus it takes 4 hours to get there

I find it VERY comical too when I hear chinese people talking with Scottish accent..
Picture this: You enter a chinese takeaway restaurant and the chinese guy, after shouting something in chinese to the kitchen, wants to take your order and sounds like Billy Connolly...
