Only the countries who are colonated by english speaking countries and they enforced it. Other then that no it isn't.

Right. But I mean, nowadays, if you can't speak english, you're just limited in about every domain. People who don't learn english are just screwing themselves imho.

Well maybe, but if they plan on staying in the same country their whole life it doesn't really effect them that much.

Yeah, it fucking sucks.

I want to be Tri-Lingual. English, Japanese and Spanish.

See the good thing about Japanese and Spanish is, you can be saying the most mundane things, but if you're really emotive about it people are always impressed. Plus I could move to these countries and get the fuck away from this hell hole.
