Yeah. It's weird though, I can't seem to find the option to buy just the first episode.

It's a bit dumb if you have to buy them all. What if you think the first episode is crap?
Cause it actually is one game as far as i know.

You're buying the whole season (in advance) cause it's meant to be "one" game. They did the same with "Wallace and Gromit".

Edit: You can get a demo on the Telltale website.

Steam tells me that 'The Secret of Monkey Island' remake will unlock in three hours :D

Anybody else buying it?

I'm soo excited about this, I'll buy it the moment it's available although I expect the release to be late.

It better not be late.

I can't wait to play Secret again with Dominic Armato doing Guybrush's voice!

EDIT: It's out, I'm downloading it now! :9 :10 :9 :10 :9

God damn. It's a lot bigger than I expected it to be :?

EDIT EDIT: Comparison shot time! This will show the differences between the graphics of the old game and the graphics of the remake. :4

Just bought and finished dl'ing it.

I really like the new look (although nothing is better than good old pixel style), but I seriously dislike Guybrushs look especiall his hair style. I mean... eh... WTF? That hair style is even uglier than Bucky! :ugly: :fright:

100% agree with that. He kinda looks like a young Conan O'Brian :demm:

Just finished it and due to my crap memory I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time, maybe even more because of the voices.

I really really hope they remake 2 now and make 3 and 4 available for purchase since those two don't need remaking.

Guybrush and Elaine have horrible hair, but I wasn't too bothered by it.

Ahh... that's so much fun... all the good old memories are coming back. It's really nice made and you really cannot complain for 9 Euros. I wish they'd added a mode with old gfx, but new sound. It's so much fun to F10 through the game. :4

Yeah I'm really hoping they remake the second game like this.

And you're right, 3 does not need remaking as it is already perfect. 4 on the other hand... I'd prefer it if they remade that in the style of 3. Like they should have done in the first place. What were they thinking!!!??? Grim Fandango was amazing, but that was a mistake!!!

I know he wouldn't have been involved in any way, shape or form but I like to blame George Lucas for Monkey Island 4.
