Not bad no. Still got no hat, though I'm not really frustrated since it's only cosmetic. But it still wouldn't hurt with a hat. Or rather, the spy hat. That fancy fedora.
Reading that post made me realize I'm rather lucky if I get even one hat. But on top of that it's far from certain I'll get the one I want. Then again, once they implement the trading system you can probably trade hats with ppl that got hats they don't want.
Guessing we'll have to wait until Valve decides to poke around in the hat shelf and throw them new hats in and maybe alters the algorithm... time will tell though...

I have fun gathering level 90+ weapons while waiting for my first hat drop. Or ... actually not that much fun.

But as I dont like these hats anyway, its not that bad.

I got the solly hat 1 week after i kinda quit TF2, i worn it in a match and it took EB 18 min to see it.

I dont even need it, since I'm barely playing pyro. I cant wait for the "unlockable trading system", so I can trade it for Demo Fro or something more useful.

Not a hat per se but... I accidentally deleted my Kritzkrieg and having a hard time getting it again. Bah humbug.

Happened to me aswell, i accidently deleted my last kgb(when i was deleting the 5 other kgb) I need a kgb!!!

i vote for unlocking female caracters

Pyro is female.

Just a few days ago when I dominated a pyro as spy (it was during random melee SD and the guy i dominated wasn't playing as pyro before) I heard my spy say: "Oh my lord! You fight like a woman!", further reinforcing the suspicions of the pyro being a woman. Oh! I can't wait to see what Valve has planned for the "meet the pyro" video! Do we finally get to see the face behind the mask? Or will it forever be shrouded in mystery? :O
Don't think you should need to unlock them if there ever were to be female characters in tf2. Though it would probably take some effort from Valve to get the female characters as characteristic and lovable as the current ones. I mean, it's certainly doable, but when compared to other games where it would simply mean to throw in a female player model and it's done, it's a bit more work required... the sad truth is that I would be surprised if Valve reckoned it'd be worth the effort, but I can still hope. I imagine the results would be as hilarious and awesome as the current chars if Valve really went for it :D

And to keep this thread on topic: I still have no hats :(
Though I imagine I recall someone getting a hat a week back or so... so they're still out there.. somewhere... lonely... cold... and very headless :s

Wouldn't surprise me if they'd keep the identity of the Pyro a secret after the "Meet the Pyro" video. At least I hope so; his/her mystery is what makes him/her a great character.

I hope, now hats will drop more often if there will be so many of them . Currently I always get Ubersaw or KGB...
