TV is more like a radio for me when Im on the PC ( that means always ). Oh yeah after I found out the only key you cant reassign is F and it is used for opening doors, accessing your email and entering cars, I drove around the city in my very own police car and spammed the WITNESS button on soon to be dead criminals ( that marks them as target to missions when they did something illegal ). The first criminal I found that way propably drove while drunken, and I got the mission to not let him escape or kill him. After I chased him around the town for a minute with some _getting out of the car - shoot him - get in again_ action he decided to get out of his car and I frontaly hit him with mine, instantly killing him like one of the 5 civilians I drove over during the chase. As the quest required him to die thrice, he got run over again. In the end the quest timer run out and I won as he couldnt escape or something.
