Definitely. You cannot give the poor money just for the sake of doing it, without controlling strictly what they do with it. Because if there's one thing that poverty means, it's lack of education. Like I said, i feel that the EU is doing a shit job at controlling their investments, and after Greece they really need to understand that sometimes a country just can't fight corruption from the inside, let alone handle bad management. The EU must step up, be strict and firm. They have the means to pressure governments so it's about time they actually do it.

Indeed, I doubt it'll happen though. Can't we just agree on giving romania a shitload of money so saint and I can legally grow our weed on your sunny hills? I'd love to go for that m8, hell, I'll probably move to Romania  Or greece for that part, I really don't care as long as it's sunny and if in winter it get's cold I at least wanna be able to snowboard my way around there. We can grow enough in the summer to last the winter

Bucky i wouldn't recommend you on moving to Romania because there are some things happening here that will make you think you just entered the The Twilight Zone, Greece maybe because i bet it's beautiful there. |
