The israelis are to blame:

1. They boarded a humanitarian aid-ship on international waters which had no intention on entering Israeli water. If a somalian group boarded a ship like this we'd have the whole fucking U.N-army going apeshit down there.. Now we get a "oh no, please don't"...

2. The pipes etc are justified, since they have a right to defend their ship from being boarded. The pipes should not be considered "planted" weapons and part of a planned mob-response. They were part of the shipment, as they're necessary to rebuild gaza. They grabbed whatever was lying around to get the impostors of the ship.

3. If the israelis didn't want bloodshed, why did they not just simply destroy the engines/rotors? In daylight, with the whole world press there, and then simply guide them in to the nearest harbor. The commanders knew they were putting their troops in a situation where the need to use live ammo was likely, and thus they were knowingly putting the people on the boat in risk (as well as their soldiers).

4. As stated before, overkill. (Not that it's something that the israelis aren't known for.. Remember the gaza war? 11 israelis dead. 1300 (!!!) palestinians.)

They knew what they where doing, they broke international law, they killed people who came to break an illegal blockade and to ease the suffering of a people under a illegal occupation. Fuck, how can you possibly even think twice about which side to part with? It's the 5th strongest army in the world, and the most morally correct in their own words, and they're applying structural racism (apartheid) with OUR leaders good faith. It's _insane_.
