Sebas' Guide to getting into SpA:

Normal way: Be active on Mumble, forums, IRC, get to know people and let people get to know you.

Quick way:
  • Be useful.
    Blowjob Bucky and Saint. PM them for location and respectable hours.
    Have friends around putting a good word in for you.
Long way(also known as the Wildblaze-Dekar Tea Party): Be around for such a long time that people just start asking: Hey, how come they're not SpA yet?
