BTW - internally we DID have precisely that - a few lines per case. Releasing them to the public would only cause more problems though.
Reasons for the demotions weren't about single incidents, they were about things that can't be changed at all, changed quickly OR developing over time in the wrong direction to begin with.
Talking to every person individually wouldn't fix anything - best case scenario would be a "public" change in attitude to keep the rank while continuing on all the same behind others' backs and we don't need this kind unhealthy situation simmering under the surface but ready to explode at any moment.
Funnily enough in several cases I for my part observed the confirmation of the very reasons for the demotion reflected in the reaction posts after it was completed. There's exactly one person that surprised me with his attitude so far but I won't be dropping any names.
