Yeah the modeling is all wrong, perhaps they didn't want to mess around too much with the silohete system and thats why it is sloped to his head. Looks crap.
Plus it's not very russian of him, its quite ironic he's wearing an american football helmet.

Yep, that's probably it. But even if they would have use something like Baal posted, the heavy would still be easily recognizable.

I totally agree, the russian hat wouldnt have affected the silohete that much at all. perhaps they will make more, and then scarfs or something.

He was actually pinned to the wall and, although you can't really see it in the picture, whenever a bullet or projectile struck his corpse, his arms and legs would like spasm all over the place making it look like he was doing a really awkward dancing move.
