if you look from the side you see it aswell. The black and white stripes are very confiusing for your eyes because of the high contrast differance. You'll never be able to see the lines clearly from closeby, unless you would print the picture, this way it doesn't beem shitloads of white light towards your eyes. |

I think it's cause it's a parody of a scene from Pulp Fiction.There seems to be a little Pulp Fiction thing going on here. You know, even as a kid, I always though that scene's inclusion in the Simpsons was a little risky considering Marcellus Wallace get's ass raped in it. Still, I suppose that's what happens when you let kids watch films that they shouldn't. They don't see just how funny shit can be! |

Of course a lot of adults watch it! Half the humor in The Simpsons can't be grasped by children and hence it's such an awesome show. They aren't too straight-forward and blatant in their adult-oriented jokes either - unlike that piece of crap that is Family Guy *ugh*. I find Futurama, which is directed almost exclusively at adults, and ones that are well versed in pop-culture and science for that matter, better still. =) |
