heya highlanders.. just wanted to say that i have to wait for response of some GGC-guys.. we are not enough players at the moment.. some are still in holiday or diablo 3  maybe 10th or 17th of june will work for a nice match?! pls have a look if you can do it these days..?! thx.. stay tuned.. cya on steam and/or the spa-servers

.. sry guys.. missed that totally, but sunday are the last games in group b in euro2012.. AND i need a few days (better 1 week) to get the bunch of GGC up for the match. .. all are less regulary online these days.. .. maybe its better to get a date after euro2012!? sooorry

Next week will be the fun server again on sunday, week after that I'll be moving into a student house. So perhaps see if it's possible to not schedule not on a sunday? |

Aight, well I'll work nights next week - can play saturday i think...and next sunday (24th) no euro then either... and if fun games will go before highlander we might as well throw in the towel? xD If it doesnt change when we move into eventual league. |

if there's the occasional crossover between fundays and highlanders i don't think that it's a huge problem - highlander only gets played in the evenings, whilst fundays start sometime in the afternoon. i think that once we get the ball rolling - as in, get that first game with as much people as possible - we can work out in mumble when everyone's available to play next once we're done with games for the night, and do the same again the next time we play, and then again, and so on. is it too late to try something tomorrow? we should have no problem finding a team to play against on a Sunday, and the odds of us all being around as just as good as any random day. give me a shout on steam if you need a hand working things out

hello lovely people, i'm actually leaving a day earlier than i thought i was, so i won't be able to organise a game this week, and i'll be gone for the whole of next week too. so if you want to play then someone else with have to organise it. apologies again for fucking up on Sunday - lesson learned, arrange a team to play against a few days before we play. it'll probably mean me asking around to see if you're available a bit earlier and doing it more often, and possibly playing on random nights too, but i think that that's how it's going to have to be if we're arranging games early. hope you lot don't mind me annoying you too much that said, i don't have to be the only guy arranging games, anyone's welcome to try it. it's just a matter of messaging everyone on steam to find out if they're available on a certain day, and using this ETF2L Highlander Leaders steam page (here - http://steamcommunity.com/groups/HighlanderTeamLeaders - search for Div 5/6, server on if there's a SpA guy around to change maps on Lesbocave or Events, server off if there isn't/you're feeling lazy) to find a team to play against. it's so easy that even i can do it (well, most of the time anyway  )see you again July 9th!

Yeah let's put it on hold I'm at it too searching for opponents, but surprised there are actually 0 teams searching at a sunday night from 19 - 22 like... weird :/ So yeah on steam atleast could get opponents a few days ahead. Also like i propoused when we didnt find sunday, to play a lobby instead -we can fix so we're on the same team and then we play vs randoms (some rly good some suck etc) atleast when we were all at mumble wanting highlander that is slightly better than ending up playing only some public! Can also do lobby with less than 9 ofc, mix teams or whatever! Once again rcon is needed to set it up on our servs so scatter// needed for setting it up when we might want to at a similiar situation like sundays. And once again i can recommend playing it on your own for a easy way of playing highlander (silent/less comms) (also see above postsss) www.tf2lobby.com |
