Granted, but he doesn't get the benefit of catching it via bodily fluids. He catches it by accidentaly falling into the sewer system from my flat and swallowing some poop when he starts drowning. Luckily the poop stops more water (pee) getting into his lungs and he survives. Only to catch the poop version of AIDS. I wish the above image in my head wasn't so gross!
