I installed Chrome last night, i refused at first because google are so dominant.

Firefox (since version 3.0) and IE crash constantly i can't trust them.

Google chrome with heavy use, NO crashes. and it's lovely.

Only annoyance is a supposed benefit, that the download stays in the tab... well err, i like to set a download going and close my browser. It also wont tell me how many KBps

There is a way to close browser and keep dls active - just cklik on "show downloads on new tab" or semthing on the right of that bar and you'll get nice new tab with all downloads. Then just kill all the other tabs and keep the one with dls.

Ive been using it since the day it came out and it has crashed a couple of times but not many. An annoying thing is when you go to hotmail it always suggests that you use another browser (IE/Firefox/safari). they need to sort this. Also when you click to go back sometimes a white screen comes up saying you need to re-submit/refresh which is also a pain. However really like the layout and when these are sorted it will be great.

lol chrome crashed, the amazing "individual task manager" thing failed miserably and the whole lot crashed out.

Once in 2 weeks is a lot better than 5 times a day on the other browsers though..

So does mine and has been for several years. In fact, so would my IE (8 beta) if I were using it anywhere else besides the IE Tab plugin in FF. :-P

Especially myspace.

Heh? I just tested looking at pictures on MySpace.com and nothing's wrong with them on Firefox... 0_o

Having problems on google chrome loading the radio player on www.deezer.com, it worked for a day but sicne it jsut wont load up the player. Anyone else using chrome able to check this out?

Any ideas would be good!

Player loading for me!

You might have a slightly older version of Chrome - since it's Beta software anyway you can subscribe to the dev channel, which features even less stable releases, by following the instructions here:

http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel/

Then you can follow the latest info on bugs fixed etc. on this blog:

http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/

My Chrome version is: 0.4.154.31 - if you have the same one then I have no idea what to do, sorry.
