Yeeey, Junction. Although I too would have preffered Freight :P

There are still four more days to go with only two weapons left.
So far we have only seen new community maps, and I am confident that Valve will add another 2 of their own maps to that!

Don't whine about junction please, it's a good map. That's why we had it in our SpA points list for some time now.


And who of you had the idea that that sandmann baseball will stun übered enemies? I'm almost certain that it will not affect you while übered! It would be stupid otherwise.

Yeah it is a lot better when there are less people, because then the multiple paths can be taken advantage of, but when there are loads of people it's too easy to block them all. Frieght would have been a nice map to pair up with the scout update because scouts can use the side routes etc... :( I don't dislike the map, I dislike too many people playing on it ;)

lol :D Blacky if the ubers can't move due to being stunned, then how anyone going to get anywhere on the last cap :cry: (Also playing on your own defeats the point of most fps's because there's nothing to shoot :mrgreen: )

I won't whine anymore, just to sum it up though, I think most people who like steel will like this map ;)

This update is going to make scouts even more annoying I think :x

Steel isn't that straightline as Junction imho.

Yep, steel is very different from junction. If junction is similar to anything then it's gravelpit - not only because of the gameplay type but the actual layout of the CPs. It's basically like an in-door gravelpit.

I think that junction is a mix of gravelpit and steel (I think only gravelpit due to the 3 cp's, but thats just my opinion), but more compressed.

Well - the description is intentionally vague but from what I gather it will be a pistol replacement that gives you a boost to your speed (and makes you invulnerable?) for a short period of time but after that you have a moment of slow-down (stun?).

Yeah, and people on the Steam forums spotted the scattergun replacement in this shot as well - the gun the Scout is holding seems to be more rounded than the default model and doesn't have the small frontal sights thingy.

Dont think the scout will be invulnerable, but according to the Miss Miss Miss he may be able to evade bullets. Because an aim of the update was to make the scout less vulnerable to sentries, this would be the solution. But yeah, according to the little text of the bottomline he will be slowed for few seconds.
