Aye, it was really nice. Me and a friend of mine used to play together vs computers with a null modem back then xD
Also I enjoyed making maps that we would play... ahh... the nostalgia...

The first PC games I remember owning were text only, then I remember ascii games (the highpoint of which to me will always be Jason Jupiter) and the first "proper" (as opposed to blocks) graphical games I remember owning are things like Titus the fox. By the time I had that, I'd already been playing all sorts of other, better things on my friends computers which were somewhat more advanced.

my 1st multiplayer game was worms 2 (demo version) , a lag free experience :D

Dune 2, Bio Menace and Duke Nukem were the first three games I can remember playing

Although my brother played doom a Lot, the first game which I recall playing would be Dune 2. Or it would the those disney adventures The Lion King. Any way, Dune 2 still is a brilliant game.

The first PC-game I owned is Dungeon Siege. I played it in 3 days.... (from 9 in the morning till 11 in the evening... first and last time I stuck to the computer for a game that long....)
