I kinda like season 1 despite the fact the Alan Moore could have sued for stealing the story to watchmen. Season 2's writing was so bad that they even managed to forget the plot points they'd already resolved by the end of season 1, it just got worse and worse until it deserved cancelling.
this exactly. i gave up totally by the end of season 3, which was building up and building up to this epic ending - and what we got was one of the most bullshit plot twists ever :/

Too bad, because the show had some serious potential imo. And about hollywood, it dominates the screen tbh. I don't like the dramatised hollywood ambience much, but we can't do much against it. I try to watch as many indies as I can, but the fact remains that most pictures out there that I stumble upon is hollywood crap. I also try to watch a lot of japanese, chinese, french, danish, whatever movies and series as I can get my hands on, but still... Now where's your series cardboard? I think that'd be interesting enough to watch |

Been watching Fringe now, first two episodes, awesome stuff as well. Watched Generation Kill as well a good while back, a 7 episode miniseries about the war in Iraq, was worth it. |

Human target is a nice series as well, not too special, but entertaining action series and not as bad as the rest of em. I like Treme as well, one that cardboard came with, good music |

Seriously, if you haven't watched the Wire, then you don't qualify to criticise anything. |
