Hello, Work has begun on Deepburrow somewhere in the hills around the city. I wont be producing a lot of stuff. For fortifying my castle is priority. I'll be mining at the deepest layers. diamonds are pretty spa_nonoice |

Lol, goodluck mining near SpAradise City. The caves around it are already pretty well mined for the most part. |

For maximum mine-age I could make you guys a minimap overlay showing all the iron, gold, diamond and redstone. =) |

Make us work for it Lim, teleporting and no damage already make it a little too easy. |

Yeah I agree with cardboard... There's already too much diamond in circulation thanks to the duping. |

'kay, guys, I'm gonna take my 1k and change blocks in the residential area. I'm gonna make a fenced in manor, nothing too fancy. The top height will be at most ten blocks, and I'm not anticipating digging. I'm gonna take a plain 1024 (32x32 area), mostly disregarding the discount, so I'd like it zoned, too. It'll be built with stone and glass mostly. No outlandish metal/diamond full sized blocks. I'm not picky about where, since I'm buying a lot of space. Anywhere in the residential district will do. EDIT: Oh, I realize that this is not really gonna happen right now. I just wanted to claim a plot before anyone else. EDIT2: Oh, btw, I'm flexible. I could live with a 20xY area, where Y is whatever I could get. |

I too would like a 32x32 lot of land. I've got to compete with my brother, eh? ![]() |

Post subject: | Re: SpAradise City [Official] |
I don't know. Upon inspection of possible building grounds, 32x32 is pretty large. I'll downsize to 16x16. EDIT: 16x16, zoned costs $54 by my calculations. EDIT2: Due to size restraints, now I'm down to 15x16. Any time anyone feels like refunding my extra payment, please do?. Also, epic picture! You can't all have manors alright?! We have limited space as it is. I'm being considerate to players by not having a house and I put more work into this thing than almost anyone besides Leonark. Try and do the same. Also, updated the original post, supops check it out. |

We should charge more for plots, and instead of giving discounts, charge a significant premium for larger plots. Maybe people can can build condos/apartments (flats for you British folk) or pool in for communal homes. |

That's so unfair. I don't think it should cost more, what about the same? (haven't read the guide, I'm at school). |

NOOOOO don't!!!!Part of the fun is randomly mining and finding your loot. If you make mining a no brained you decrease the value of all mining resources! It would be fun to have a function economy and not another free build. It would suggest doing the same for dungeons. |

Aw, c'mon, the new price rates are like super high (why not have it go +25% for each increment flat?). Also, could the curve be like on a base of 2 instead of a base of 10 system (i.e. 256 blocks for super-sized)? Because those of us who like squares are crying inside. On a side note, if I were to get a 15x15 house, what would the final cost come to? Numerically, the calculator says 56.25 without adjustment. However, do we adjust per-block or after the final thing? Or does it matter? I'm bad with math. Anyway, just tell me how much I can get for the $87 I've already paid in and I'll work it out. |

Post subject: | Re: SpAradise City [Official] |
Sure base 2 works, I wasn't really thinking of that. But the prices are super high and will remain super high for people wanting super large areas. 15x15 = 225. Therefore it is in the large cordon (+75%) 225 x 0.25 (For house right?) = 56.25. 56.25 + (75% x 56.25) = 98.4375 And we round up so $99. $99-$87 = $12, so proto, pay Leonark $12 and you are all set. |

Post subject: | Re: SpAradise City [Official] |
Ok, I'll pay him 12. I started a preliminary planning plot 15x15, so I'll just leave it up unless told to remove it. |

Alright guys and girls, the city key is in the hands of the great Leonark as I am unable to Minecraft for 2 weeks. I will see you all later, and hope to see a sprawling metropolis when I return. Remember, praise king Leonark. His word is now law. |

Hey guys, I'd like to buy the 16x12 plot behind wicko's house, ![]() 16 x 12 = 192 (192 x .25) x (1.75 + .15) = 91.2$ rounds up to 92$ I'll be building a house for myself out of cobble, smooth stone, wood and maybe some fancy filigree for a roof. ![]() ORRR I may try to build it in the style of my builds on freebuild's medievalcity. Hmm. That would be sand walls (stand in for plaster) framed by raw logs. Also, now that I'm actually playing SMP, I'd love to help with SPAridise. Just point me and say build. |

Sure Haf, just go and build it and we will sort out payment later if it hasn't been sorted already. And that is NOT an invitation for others to do the same. Haf, I also think most of the city building itself is done besides a few wall detailings and a gate or two, but Leo might employ you. Also it IS funny you say that...because I'm thinking we need a Haf style temple in the hills above. I'll get back to you on that. |
