When did basic math get this interesting?
Also, what the hell does C1, C2 etc, mean? I'm assuming it has something to do with your school system or whatever.

AS level mathematics you do Core 1, Core 2 and another one (I did Mechanics 1). In A level mathematics i'm doing Core 3, Core 4 and Mechanics 2.
Core 1-4 are pure mathematics and include calculus and a lot of algebraic stuff.
Mechanics 1 is pretty much just basic mechanics, then mechanics 2 is the same except mixed in with a lot more algebra.
I find M's a lot more interesting than the C's because they have got more practical application when your taught, where-as in the Core's your mainly just taught how to do it and not much more.
I'm doing Further Maths next year but I don't really know what it includes except for the module names
