I have a favor to ask of someone. Could somebody take a video of Helms Deep on FB, and post it on youtube or send it to me please? I have fraps and I would but my computer wont let me on Freebuild for some reason. I tried to do it at school, but I can't install/run Fraps from there. So, if anyone would be happy to film it for me please, I would be incredibly grateful!

Needed:
1. Good video recording program such as Fraps
2. A good walkthrough of Helms Deep with a wide shot of the whole thing (no flying!)
3. If you post it on youtube, you can let me know and I can download it and edit as needed
4. Make sure to post that its located in SpecialAttacks Freebuild server if you do post in on youtube

I'm in the middle of editing it and I had an idea: we could reenact the attack on Helms Deep (it would be filmed from the walls) - would require a considerable amount of 'actors' - 30-40. Wouldn't be as epic as in the movies, but if I added proper music, used multi shots etc. it could look decent.

Scenes I had in mind ('actors' would be running in the direction pointed by the arrows):




Red area also indicates where a breach after the explosion would go.


I was also thinking of adding Obsidian roof and walls for more dramatic effect, as well as ask participants to change their skins to LoTR oriented, but it's just an idea. I may aswell just finish the editing as it is, without the additional cinematics.

Even if you do end up making just a walkthrough, I DEMAND these ideas be put into a full cinematic in the future! That would be an AWESOME video, it'll take some coordinating, but I think we can pull it off. And do you mean adding obsidian walls and a roof around the entire map?

EDIT: Looking at those pictures, I realized Isengard was practically built on the other side. Another idea would be to have those 30-40 people coming OUT of the gate at Isengard
