Hi all.

as may you know i´m mason but really wanna become an arch, and yes i know that i have to show u a project..
i got already a couple of buildings but i haven´t got enough space becouse its in more worlds, lik emy Dubai thing, my battleship yamato and my (and a bit of robin) the taj mahal and my new tower of pisa, as you understand what my project is, its a project called ``famous buildings`` and i´m gonna make more famous buildings but i haven´t got the space for it :D

edit; so my question is can i have a project world for it? i know i need to donate for a world but its for a project by maybe a promotion... see it like that xD

Patorgy you have to build somthing way more unique than the taj mahol. There are many of those built on this server already. I don't think you or anyone will be able to make the leaning tower of Pisa because this is minecraft and angled stuff looks shitty here.
So think of a better big single project, not little small projects.

Patogy it isn't like that, you don't buy maps, when you donate you donate so the servers stay up, most of us do it. They cost money to run. Your playing a game for hours you've paid nothing for, I mean how much do people usually pay for games? Would you pay up if Notch suddenly put a price tag on classic? It isn't about bargaining with us for a map, we'll give maps out to people who've contributed to community with their moneys.

However in future there will be a system where you can buy personal maps but I have a feeling they'll cost a bit more than a euro :|

Like what? :S every unick building is already builded :s nvm, i think you just dont wanna let me be arch :S becouse i try to do my best on my buildings, and you're all the time saying negatif word about my buildings :S

We aren't insulting your buildings, we are insulting your stupidity.

You may not realise this but the SpA servers cost 225 Euro a month to run. With more maps come more bandwidth. If you plain and simply 'want' a map just so you can get a promotion, and then think you don't need to donate because you 'gave' us a project or a "unick" build, you are wrong. If you think we are just assholes trying to hold you back because we don't WANT to give you a promotion, you are a selfish idiot.

I've said it before; I don't like publically insulting people. I think it is low, and I think it is a horrible representation of me as a person, however I'll make an exception just one time for you...

Architect - A person who designs buildings and in many cases also supervises their construction

There's nothing wrong with building something already built, the challenge is to build it BETTER. That's the talent required for architect, the ability to build stuff of higher quality than others.

Someones probably told you, but architect is for like epic stuff, like you see what an architect has done, and shit bricks. I don't think we've had that many architects actually. It can't be just a project you've done, you've got to be a shit hot builder.

Next time you're in game someone should show you some archi stuff, so you know what you're competing with.
