Yeah well, this has happened to me a few times now. It is a little bit of a snag as you might imagine.. So umm does anyone know how to stop this happening? or what i've possibly done to continuously F*** it up?

P.S I dont know how to hide the attachment.. Sowwy. (i don't think its THAT big)

(and i had to resize it in paint. hence the major pixalisationism)

P.P.S i mean it is a pretty easy fix - It usually goes when i restart wom / redownload it. I was just curious as it seems to happen a little too often.

EDIT: Oh, and this has also happened on SMP.

Did you modify any files in your Minecraft.jar in WoM?

Maybe your .png files are screwing up, or terrain.png is corrupted?

edit: It looks funky, btw. I love how Gold is now the same as Dirt, and how Steel looks like leaves.

Delete your current installation and re-download WOM. You could update Java, and restart your PC.

Nope. haven't touched them. It's only happened while i am in-game - quite out of the blue D:

That doesn't make sense. Reboot your computer, or redownload Minecraft.jar.

If that doesn't work, redownload WoM (as crim said).

Could be your video card going bad, things like that have happened to me in other games, not sure if MC works the same way or not.

Looks like the games memory got corrupted or something, but java's memory manager shouldn't be able to let that happen.

Either this or java. Update your graphics drivers and java, and if it still doesn't fix the problem, you'll have to buy a GTX 580. :wink:

nVidia card? I had a 250 (or 240, or maybe both) that used to do that exact same sorta thing with Neverwinter Nights.

Getting a new computer for college, so I'm waiting. Almost caved and got a 550 last weekend though. 100 USD is a little too much for three months of awesome.
