Ok, those that know me well, well know that I am a serious batman nerd... so... right now, i'm in serious boner land...   New teaster poster! and the teaser trailer should be out in 2 weeks (hopefully not when im on holiday :<) Also, for those that did not see tom hardy's bane costume released a few months ago from a dress rehearsal (though it will probably change a little in the final print!)

Yay Batman, and Bane...yay! Shame I don't liek the actors ridicoulosly gruff voice. Can't understand the bat  We need the guy who does the voice for Arkham to doe Bats voice.

Kevin Conroy did the voice in the game and was the classic batman in the animated series, along with Mark Hamill (joker) who did both game and cartoon too but to be fair, he did the gruff thing in the cartoon too; his voice was different for both wayne and batman; which is the whole point of disguising your voice when around people who might know its you. However, it was a bit OTT in dark knight, but I just think that is because Bale was acting along side Heath and was trying to keep up with his effortless acting skills. RIP.

Although Heath did a great job as that joker, I still love Hamil's more. That just feels as if thats how the joker should be, and none of this "why so seriouse" BS. Joker's one of my favourite villians of all time becase of Hamil.

I feel every actor has done a great job doing the joker, even cesar romero (though no matter how much white make up you use, you can never cover up an italian 5'oclock shadow ^^) Sadly also RIP.  I like that they have all done their own take on such a classic and iconic villain. Hamill nailed the laugh, and in Arkham Asylum he was alot more fucked up and sinister than he was in the animated series. Though, the scene in Mask of Phantasm where he is laughing at the end is just awesome, and that film was a PG so Mark got to be a bit darker than the normal shows. Heath did do an incredible performance though, for a realistic take on the character, fantastic! and he is only in the film for like 18minutes or something lol Andrew Koenig also did an amazing job. But sadly also RIP.  Seem's like playing the Joker is some what cursed abit, like superman. Either you die or your carer does hehe. If Nicholson does anymore coke he's a gona! |

Hated Batman when I was kid ('cept that Batman of the Future, that was radd) and some good things have been done with it, but I just can't get why so much money, and attempts have been made to make their own batman cartoon/film/comic. The Dark Knight was made so well, besides the silly voice, I actually like Christian Bale, so I could sort put my general dislike for batman aside, and then obviously the cast were great, Heath Ledger deserved the ridiculous hype he got. Then you realise at the end of the film just how tame and ungraphic it is, they suggest violence to you so well. Makes me think though, if they had poured that sort of filmaking, and acting talent into another story, or something totally original, what would we have got? But yeah can't help but be reluctantly excited about this new one. |

When i went to the oxford premier of TDK, some guy offered me £100 for my ticket! and i got a free holographic poster!!! jetson shit! If you want tickets to the premier ill let you know when they are on sale ^^ |

I've heard that they're supposed to be filming in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania which is only about a 1.5/2 hour drive from where I am. Anyone want to go on a slow-mo road trip?  I'm glad to see so many Batman fans, I'm still debating to get the classic insignia as my tramp stamp. (Only reason I'd actually get a tramp stamp too.) |

They are filming a lot of it in England too as Gibboss said, and i've met batmans stuntman when we made AVP. I'm glad to see so many Batman fans, I'm still debating to get the classic insignia as my tramp stamp. (Only reason I'd actually get a tramp stamp too.) If you get the tramp stamp, get the new logo, much more aesthetic for the female lower back  I've got the same logo on the back of my car! LIKE A BOSS!*i'm a massive batman geek btw :< |
